Caliber Consulting was one of the associate partners and sponsors for the Strategy Execution and Performance Conference in Riyadh, KSA which took place on December 6-10. This conference is the premier event in the region for strategy implementation and performance measurement. International gurus on strategy execution as well as local experts in the field (including some members of the Caliber Consulting team) were involved in discussing and presenting an array of topics which ranged from leadership for execution, cultural change, the first 100-days of transformation, Big data, strategic risk, Balanced Scorecard, etc. In addition, strategy representatives (CEOs, leaders, heads of strategy, etc.) from leading companies in the region were also involved either as guest speakers or attendees of the event. During this event Caliber Consulting ran detailed workshops on cultural change, how to successfully execute strategy, and the first 100-days of an organizational transformation.
